P.O.P.E.R.A. is a site-specific installation-performance that proposes a radically different and physical experience of the the lyrical voice.
P.O.P.E.R.A. is a vibratory massage given to the audience by the voices of four or up to fifteen opera singers. Based on choreographed spatial patterns, the singers move through a completely dark room, alternatively getting very close to the skin of the audience or projecting from distance.
P.O.P.E.R.A. is an intense, intriguing and enjoyable experience. It gives a surprising perspective on the world of classical singing.
